Michael Anthony, is the founder of The Institute of Human Understanding. The Institute of Human Understanding is founded upon the beliefs that human decision making can be predicted, once the person’s classification is identified and understood. Mr. Anthony is known for his research and understanding of human interaction and reaction.

The Institute of Human Understanding has conducted over ten years of research and development to date, which includes understanding the psychology behind different personality types, how to communicate effectively verbally and non-verbally, as well as interpreting body language. It has also identified how to create a presence (the “it” factor).

Additionally, Mr. Anthony has traveled extensively throughout the United States and abroad. He has worked with people from over 30 countries including the United States, Canada, Sweden, India, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, Germany, the Netherlands, Costa Rica, Italy, Spain, France, South Africa, Russia, England, Pakistan, Mexico, Israel, Syria, Malaysia, Lebanon, Turkey, North Korea, Slovakia, Finland, Thailand, Brazil, Japan, Puerto Rico, China and Singapore.

He is certified as a “Neuro-Linguistic Programmer” after having completed intense training in the field of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Neuro-Linguistic Programming details from a linguists’ and physicists’ perspective of how people think and make decisions. Mr. Anthony has also been certified as a “Master Practitioner” of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, after further training and displayed effectiveness.
